Dynamic Breathwork & Meditation Course
Commitment & Consistency to any self development practice is key to integrating beneficial practices into our daily lives…to really reap the benefits and pave more positive neural pathways in our minds, whilst also paving more wholesome pathways in our loves.
This 7 Week Dynamic Breathwork & Meditation practice is something that can help to give you the tools for deeper inner and outer connection.
Utilising the breath to oxygenate the physiological system which bolsters immunity, reduces toxins and the effects of stress related hormones, improves quality of life, mind and a sense of connection to something much vaster.
On this 7 week journey we will be
Week 1: Shake it out and find our blockages… map the path for our journey.
Week 2: Build a foundation of energy to assist with energy levels and clearing the energetic channels in the body.
Week 3: Ancient yogic Breathwork practice for utilising foundational energy to clear our channels and connect in.
Week 4: Dynamic Breathwork & Movement meditation ( Proven to reduce cortisol levels & increase serotonin… stimulating a relaxed and happy state of well being).
Week 5: Building energy and opening the heartspace for self & collective healing.
Week 6: Deep listening meditation.
Week 7: Channel Higher self.
When: Starting Thursday May 6th at 7-8pm , continue each Thursday evening 7-8pm May 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, June 3rd, 10th, 17th.
Where: Awen Massage Therapy Studio 2/9 Stockton st, Nelson Bay.
Monergy Exchange: $30 for a casual or $140 for a 7 class package ( $20 a session).
